Gifts and Lights

Hi Friends!

Today I bring you photos of gift wrapping and Christmas lights! The Beard and I didn't give each other very many gifts on Christmas day this year... we were bad and gave most of our gifts early. We love doing that! But I was really happy with the two that I did end up wrapping so I wanted to show you.

Yay! So simple and easy. I used my regular brown mailing paper, some natural jute twine from Le Box Boutique, red hemp twine from Hemp Beadery, and some local flora and fauna I found near the reservoir.

I also wanted to share some of my photos from our Christmas Eve walk. We went to dinner at City Landing on the water near downtown then walked through the Public Gardens and down the Comm. Ave Mall which was ah-mazing. The Public Gardens are always beautiful but the Comm. Ave Mall was breathtaking. It's a residential street {about 10 blocks long} with a park/sidewalk running down the middle lined with trees. It was so nice to stroll along and get to hold hands in the cold. It felt like something out of a Christmas movie to me!

Thanks for sharing the fun with me guys! Hope you're getting geared up for New Years!

  1. That wrapping came out so beautifully! I have yet to mail my boyfriend his gifts, so I'm planning on doing some nice wrapping for his gifts.
